Whether you're starting from scratch or reviewing an existing structure, a direct conversation is the fastest way to understand your options.

When you reach out to Swiftdterra, you won't get a generic brochure or a call from a junior associate who hasn't read your message. Your initial enquiry is read by a senior adviser who will come back to you within one business day — usually sooner — with either a direct answer or a request for the specific information needed to give you one. If the situation is straightforward, we can often scope an engagement by email. If it's more complex, we'll schedule a 45-minute call to make sure we understand the full picture before making any recommendations. There's no charge for the initial conversation. We believe you should have a clear sense of what working with us looks like before any money changes hands. Confidentiality is maintained from the first message: everything you share with us before an engagement is formally in place is treated with the same discretion as client information.
We are available by phone Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00 EAT. Email is monitored throughout the day and on Saturday mornings.
Yes. Kenyan residents may hold assets offshore provided they comply with Central Bank of Kenya foreign-exchange regulations and disclose foreign holdings as required by Kenyan tax law. The structures Swiftdterra designs are built to meet these requirements from inception — not as an afterthought.
Our structuring engagements are most cost-effective for clients with offshore or offshored-ready assets of KSh 15,000,000 (approximately USD 100,000) or more. Below this level, the ongoing compliance costs of a formal offshore structure often outweigh the benefits, and we will tell you so honestly.
Our primary client base is in Kenya — Malindi, Mombasa, Nairobi, and the coast region. We also work with East African clients in Uganda, Tanzania, and Rwanda where the cross-border dimension of a structure requires it. We do not have active practices in West Africa or Southern Africa at this time.
From initial assessment to a fully incorporated and bank-documented structure, most engagements run between three and six months. The variables are jurisdiction processing times, bank onboarding speed, and the complexity of your existing asset picture. We provide a project timeline estimate at the end of the scoping phase.
Yes. After the initial conversation, we provide a written engagement letter specifying the scope of work and the fixed fee or retainer. There are no hourly billing surprises and no fees tied to the size of assets placed — our compensation does not create an incentive to recommend structures you don't need.
Send a message or call the office. Your enquiry is treated as confidential from the moment it arrives.
